Not one but three auction toppers at first edition Equbreeding.auction

It was long looking forward to the closing of the first edition of the Equbreeding.auction. The organizers impressed with a fine collection offering the sister to Hello Sanctos, the brother of Emerald, etc.  The average price  per lot was about 21.500 euro.

The auction expected auction topper, did not disappoint. Udo van ‘t Meulenhof (Lector vd Bisschop x Carthago Z) is the halfbrother to Emerald and moves to Mexico for 44.500 euro.

At the  end it seemed to become a bidding duel for  Domintona BB  Z (Dominator Z x Tangelo vd Zuuthoeve). This black filly moves to Poland for 43.000 euro. Also Cashback of Picobello Z, a Conthargos out of the full sister of Hello M’Lady, switches owners for over 40.000 euro and moves to the United Arab Emirates.

An average of over 25.500 euro was payed for a foal.

The most expensive embryo was an Eldorado embryo out of Clair de Lune (Quasimodo vd Molendreef). This embryo will become a full brother/sister of Yves Vanderhasselt’s GP-mare, Jeunesse. For 17.500 euro this embryo stays in Belgium.

The total turn-over of the auction was 410.000 euro
